Meet Our Founder

Hi, I'm Dr. Mary B. Rice-Boothe, the founder of THINK360 Academy, a micro-school in Pflugerville, TX. I have been a teacher, principal, principal coach, and non-profit leader.

My journey into opening the mircroschool began with a simple yet powerful desire—to provide my son Julius with an educational experience that would surpass the limitations of our local schools. It has become a daily struggle to get him to go to school. The environment, teaching approach and assessments is not aligned to what he needs to be successful in school and in life.

Determined to create a nurturing environment for him, I embarked on this exciting journey. My heart is filled with excitement as I look forward to partnering with families in our community!

Our mission at THINK360 Academy is to cultivate a dynamic educational experience for elementary and middle school students by fostering creativity, meaningful connections, and the confidence to think critically in an ever-evolving world.
