FAQ:
The FAQ for today? “How are you tailoring the school for neurodivergent learners?”
The short answer? Our approach is flexible, personalized and supportive.
A longer answer:
If you’re a parent of a neurodivergent child, chances are you’ve experienced an ARD meeting, the kind where goals are set through an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). These meetings are intended to support your child’s unique learning needs, but all too often, the process can feel frustrating or impersonal. As a parent and as a principal, I’ve sat on both sides of the table. I know what it feels like to hope the plan will lead to real change and to walk away wondering if what’s on paper will ever come to life.
At THINK360 Academy, we’re committed to a different kind of experience.
From the moment your family joins our community, we begin crafting an individualized learning plan, not just a set of accommodations, but a dynamic roadmap for how your child learns best. This plan is co-created through conversations with both the student and the family, alongside interactive assessments that help us understand their strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
Unlike traditional IEPs, our plans aren’t static. They’re living documents that are revisited monthly because we know that kids grow, change, and need support that keeps pace with them.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that neurodivergence is not a deficit - it’s a difference. And with the right tools, environment, and encouragement, every student can thrive. We don’t rely on generic checkboxes. Instead, we build a responsive, inclusive learning environment that celebrates the individuality of each learner.
Because when you’ve met one neurodivergent student, you’ve met one neurodivergent student , each with their own story, strengths, and way forward. At THINK360 Academy, we’re here to honor that story, amplify those strengths, and walk that path with your child.
